this is what I made today. I sewed some Apres Velo tee shirt strike- offs (these are the practise screen prints that are done to get the colours and prints right and we had piles of them. I get to make all sorts of things out of them) onto some of my old Director chairs. Then I also sewed cut up bits of old MTB tyres and stitched them on as well. This is something I've been wanting to do for ages but had no reason to. We have reason to now....BUT I can't tell you until it's a done deal.You know the old threat, if I tell you, I"ll have to kill you? Well. apparently I only have to take someone cycling or running to do them in.....!
I'm going to make a few practise chairs and take them to the Mont .....but then I'm going to make some nice "Roadie" versions.
