News From Italy - World Cup #1

APRES VELO and its Cogregation are so proud of the results of its sponsored rider Rachel Neylan, who mixed it with the best in the world last Sunday in Italy, coming 13th in the the first European race and first World Cup of the 2010 season.

Not only did Rachel do her team proud but also contributed towards the overall results of her team.

Rachel Neylan gets honored with 2010 Amy Gillett Foundation Scholarship

The APRES VELO congregation are proud to announce that on Friday 19th March, its sponsored road cyclist, Rachel Neylan, was awarded the 2010 Amy Gillett Foundation Scholarship.

I am very proud, extremely honored and excited to receive such a recognised scholarship and I look forward to my future role as an ambassador for the foundation. …..Neylan said after being presented with the scholarship award.

Rachel has settled down well with her new Team Fanini in Lucca Italy, whilst she prepares for her first World Cup Racing event on the 28th March in Italy.
